What is the definition of “article”?
■ Definition of Article
The term “article” is defined as follows in Article 3 of JAMP Conventions: “The term ‘article’ used in the Conventions refers to an object to which a particular shape, appearance or design that determines the function of the end-use to a degree larger than what is performed by the chemical composition was given during manufacture.” Articles have a characteristic in which the density of the chemical contained is fixed. Specific examples of articles and other categories are indicated below:| Substances | Single chemical |
