化学物質管理ガイドライン

Guideline for chemical management in products (hereinafter guideline) is described the essence of chemical control in products for the appropriate information exchange across the whole supply chain. It is the basic policy of chemical control in products to select the appropriate procedure which depends on the product, process and sector based on each risk, to do, maintain and improve it. This guideline is a technical document for good practice of chemical management. A company which has started the procedure is required to check their practice according to the guideline and a company which starts it is required to establish the appropriate management system according to it. Those companies are requested to announce their conformity based on the guideline, and to clarify their performance and also their responsibility to community. The process of converting substance/preparation to article is more important in chemical control in products. So some specific procedures of management for typical process will be described in Annex.(under construction) For example, preparation of materials for such as molding and plating of resin is in progress. And procedures for painting and adhesive process or those for handling rubber, glass, and ceramics are also tried to describe. Chemical control in products is required across whole supply chain. It is expected this guideline is widely accepted among the members of JAMP and other associations to adapt for the chemical control in product which has been more important by enforcement of REACH.
